I have got this feedback from a lot of my students that I can understand their strength and weaknesses very well and accurately.
I am a hardcore believer of planning. So I make a plan with my student for let say a weak and then go accordingly.
Also I try to give the examples or showing some interesting pictures to keep the student engaged.
