About Kei
My motivation for applying is that I want more students to discover the joy of learning.
I have been working as a part-time cram school teacher for about two years, teaching a wide range of students from elementary to high school. While learning with a variety of students, including those who were slow to understand and those who actively asked questions on their own, I often wondered why I could not convey what I wanted to teach them and how I could get them to truly understand what I wanted to teach them. This teaching experience made me think a lot about how to communicate in a way that is easier to understand from the perspective of a teacher. I have loved studying since I was a child, and I have taught the children around me what they did not understand, so I have a greater sense of how interesting it is to teach something and have it understood. It is very rewarding when I am able to share a moment when the fun of learning is communicated to others in a class that I have devised to help them understand.
Based on these experiences, I have a strong desire to share the fun of learning with even more students, regardless of location, through this job, and that is why I am applying for this position.

I was teaching math for every level and I can proceed classes with confirming the level of understanding of the students and adjust the way of teaching. My class in Japan was interactive and enjoyable, so every student will be motivated and lied totheir goal.
