About Tom

I'm Tom, a current student at the University of Cambridge studying Physical Natural Sciences with over 4 years of tuition experience both online and in person. It is my goal to help you reach your full academic potential and support your application process to the top universities in the UK by developing an intuitive and broad understanding of the physical sciences using mathematical methods.

About the lesson

I work closely with my students to identify the challenges that they are facing and how they learn most effectively. I can run content sessions helping to understand and ingrain key concepts as well as exam practice sessions where the focus is technique and what examiners are looking for.

Lessons are typically 1-2 hours.
Experience tutoring students for the past 4 years both online and in-person.
Achieved 4 A* in my A levels as well as received competitive scores in olympiads and challenges.
Worked with a range of different abilities and tailor the pace to you.

Oxbridge Admissions Mentoring sessions require additional preparation of resources beforehand, for this reason my Oxbridge sessions are priced differently to my A level sessions.

Oxbridge Assessment Sessions (NSAA, ENGAA, PAT, MAT): £60 / hr
Oxbridge Interview Sessions: £60 / hr
Oxbridge Mock Interview: £50 / 40 min session with detailed written / verbal feedback to follow.
