About Dhruvi

I understand how intimidating the gym can feel at first, especially when there’s so much information online. My goal is to simplify fitness, teach proper form and training fundamentals, and help clients build confidence while making steady progress toward their goals.

My coaching style is supportive, structured, and beginner-friendly. I focus on creating training plans that are effective, sustainable, and tailored to each person’s experience level and lifestyle. Whether your goal is building muscle, improving fitness, losing fat, or simply becoming more confident in the gym, I aim to make the process enjoyable and easy to follow.

As an engineering student, I naturally take a logical and organized approach to training, emphasizing consistency, technique, and long-term progress rather than shortcuts or unrealistic expectations.

My coaching focuses on proper form, muscle building, strength development, and creating routines that fit your lifestyle and goals. I explain exercises clearly and make workouts approachable, especially for people who feel intimidated starting at the gym. Think of me as a guide/friend who can be beside you in the gym and help you succeed!

A typical lesson includes goal setting, exercise guidance, workout structure, technique correction, and progress tracking.

I also provide beginner-friendly advice on nutrition, recovery, and consistency habits. And I can put you in touch with a diet expert who has had over 1000+ clients for a more structured approach.

My lessons are best suited for:

- anyone looking to improve their fitness / build muscle / lose fat / or gain confidence in the gym without extreme or unrealistic methods.
