About Tanjeet

Hello! My name is Tanjeet (TJ), and I am a recent graduate from the University of Calgary. I’m looking to expand my tutoring clientele by offering personalized science tutoring both online and in person throughout Calgary and Chestermere.

As I plan to return to school to pursue teaching, I’m excited to help students strengthen their understanding, improve their academic performance, and build confidence in their abilities. I believe every student learns differently, so I strive to be patient, approachable, and adaptable to each student’s individual learning style and needs.

Whether you need help understanding challenging concepts, preparing for exams, completing coursework, or strengthening your overall science knowledge, I’m happy to help! I’m also willing to travel to surrounding communities to accommodate students and their families.

My goal is to create a supportive and encouraging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, overcoming challenges, and achieving their academic goals. I look forward to helping you succeed!

I typically tutor High school - second year university level classes, depending on the class I have and am open to tutoring upper year classes (ex: organic spectroscopy). I am always available for questions and focus on a client-specific approach, as I evaluate what their strengths and weaknesses are when it comes to the topic, assess their best learning strategies, and aid them in actively applying them in our sessions.

Majority of my past clients have been for chemistry, biochemistry or biology related courses; however I also offer tutoring related to Nanoscience as my research was in this topic, and for high school - first year physics.
