About Natalie

Hello, my name is Natalie and I am a teacher, tutor and professional translator from the United States and Europe

I began my professional career over ten years ago teaching in both school districts, non-profits and distance learning platforms.

I have my teaching certification, university degree and am currently studying Japanese

As a foreign language learner, I understand the need to focus on key points to advance language development and understanding

I always tell my students that in life we are on a journey

And this journey can take you to many destinations

I teach informal, formal and professional classes to my students

I have provided my services and experience as a translator in law firms, clinics and companies

I not only speak English but also Catalan, Spanish, French, Italian, Bärndütsch and Sign Language

In my free time I like to travel, go to the cinema and read books

I allow students to talk about topics they like to talk about like music, cooking and sports as long as we focus on their interests and goals.

I recommend certain types of focus areas that are appropriate for each student. So, for example, if you need help with homework or preparing for an exam, I can prepare the lesson plan accordingly to help you achieve these goals.
