As a teacher, my methods always adapt to each individual's personal needs. Each student is unique in their learning and understanding of the materials, and I adjust each class to ensure that each student's needs are being met. I am very flexible and I take my time with students' learning to guarantee that students do not just simply know the material, but understand it, as well.
