About Emily
Hello! My name is Emily and I have 5+ years experience working with children of all ages and abilities. I recently completed my Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Guelph, graduating with honours. I have instructed a variety of classes through the Town of Whitby's Community Connections Program, spent 5 months working as a Program Facilitator with the Kids Cancer Care Foundation of Alberta, privately tutored and taught piano lessons for 7+ years.

I take an ENERGETIC approach and ADAPT my teaching methodologies to best fit each individual student's needs! 1 day prior to a class, I will ask the student (or parent) to provide me with the topic to be covered. If you have no specific topic in mind- not to worry! More time to prepare means more resources for the attending academic! Additionally, I have experience working with children on the Autism Spectrum.
