About Sophie
I am currently a second year Biology student at the University of Manchester. I love tutoring because I like to get to know my students and make learning as easy and fun for them as possible. I studied both Biology and Maths at school so have recent experience of the challenges they bring, especially during exam season, and I like being able to use my sills and experience to make learning and easy for my students as possible!

I like to base my sessions around my tutee's learning style and get to know what works best for you! Sessions can be 30 minutes or an hour and are informal and chatty -to create a relaxed learning environment where the tutee feels comfortable to ask questions and bring problems to me. I have tutored for over three years and worked with ages 5-16 so have broad experience in adapting my teaching style to the individual.
