About Katherine
Hi I'm Katherine Gray, I would consider myself motivated, outgoing and well-presented 4th year student at the University of Dundee with a passion for Mathematics. Throughout secondary education, I achieved 7 National 5’s, 5 Highers and 2 Advanced Highers and I am on track to achieve a 2:1 at University.
I am a well-established musician with 7 years of playing the flute and piano.

My approach to learning is to identify areas of uncertainty by practicing questions based on previous topics. I would encourage and aid regular revision helps to solidify topics and therefore helps students when attempting past papers for the first time.
I would hope to check- in with students regularly to make sure they are enjoying the sessions, if they are okay with the pace and if they feel they are fully understanding the topics.
I feel strongly that student led sessions are the best way to get the most out of their sessions as it's more productive . I would prefer students to compile a list of uncertain areas that we can go over the following session. This would allow me to prepare the best revision tools appropriate question styles.
