About Praveen
I am a tennis enthusiast who has been playing the sport for a good part of 20 years, having represented my university in India at the state and district level and also played for clubs like Le Meridien-Dubai and now am part of the development squad at the University of Liverpool and am doing my masters in Sports Business and Management here. I unfortunately had an ACL injury in 2020, which limited me from competing professionally and hence I decided to pursue my Masters in Liverpool, as a way of giving back to Tennis and hopefully being able to inspire individuals irrespective of age, to live and experience the sport of Tennis from a perspective of deriving happiness and joy in playing the sport which is seen as very physically demanding and can be brutal at times given the amount of pressure and competition around the world today and the stress individuals are put under who aspire to go the Pro route.

I normally do structured lessons tailored to the goals of the player, irrespective of age or ambitions to achieve higher levels in the sport. My techniques are all derived based on a clear analysis of the current state of a player's game and their objectives which I would then break down in the form of sessions and approach them from a technical, psychological and result-based approach by structuring sessions accordingly. The typical length of a session will be 60 minutes to 90 minutes depending upon the objectives.
