My teaching methods are flexible depending on the student. During my short teaching experience, I realized that every student can not be taught using a standard technique. Therefore, I deal with my students as a friend and try to find out about their needs and strengths. Once I get an idea of their current understanding of the subject, I decide the time of each class for the students. On an average, I take about an hour to explain a topic, including practicing questions and examples related to it. I prefer to explain the logic and theory behind the questions, instead of directly moving on to them. I can teach students from grade 1 to 12.
