About Mika
I am a fun, enthusiastic, and patient instructor who genuinely enjoys working with students and helping them grow. As a lover of music, I strongly believe that everyone should have the opportunity to learn an instrument; music has a unique way of bringing people together, expressing emotion, and even healing the soul.
As a university student, I bring both professionalism and relatability to my teaching. I strive to create a positive and encouraging environment where students can build confidence, progress at their own pace, and develop a lasting appreciation for music.

I’m a patient university student with 10 years of piano experience (on & off), teaching students from beginner to mid-intermediate levels.
Teaching style: I meet you where you’re at, whether that’s learning the keys for the first time or building on existing skills.
Typical lesson: Warm-up + technique, then working through a song of your choice while learning fundamentals along the way.
What sets me apart: Flexible, student-focused lessons where you can learn music you actually enjoy (radio, soundtracks, classical).
