About Eylul
Hi! I’m Eylul, and I’m currently studying Mathematics with Data Science at the University of Surrey. I completed both IGCSE and A-Level Maths and decided to start tutoring because I genuinely enjoy doing maths and like helping people understand it.
Being close in age to my students means lessons can feel a little more relaxed. I hope students see me as someone they’re comfortable talking to and asking questions, rather than feeling worried about getting something wrong as they would in a classroom.
Outside of university, I really enjoy reading and sewing very much. Along with the occasional workout such as going to the gym and doing yoga. I like keeping busy and learning new things, which is probably one of the reasons why I enjoy teaching as well!

I know maths can be one of those subjects where if you miss one small thing, everything after it suddenly stops making sense.
My goal is to make lessons feel relaxed and to explain things in different ways until they finally click.
We’ll take things one step at a time, work through questions together, going at your own pace, and focus on improving grades.
