I approach my lessons with flexibility and a lot of patience. As learning a language can be challenging to some students, I use various methods (oral activities, group work, individual work, discussions, games, etc.) when planning my lessons and make sure to focus on the individual needs of every student in addition to the needs of the group. I make sure to follow up on my students’ requests and ensure they are happy with their progress in order to modify lessons or the difficulty level, if necessary.
