About Damien

I am recent honours graduate in Theatre and Performance from a top institution, where I spent a large portion of my degree consolidating my academic writing skills, culminating in a final dissertation which was awarded a distinction. Furthermore, as an actor and playwright, I am skilled at communication and collaboration, allowing me to work with your child to bring the best out of them.

I attended St David's Marist Inanda, where I matriculated with a distinction in English and a 78% for Advanced Programmed English, along with 5 distinctions in other subjects.

As well as being a tutor, I am a freelance writer and editor.

About the lesson

My lessons are tailored for your child's school needs and requirements. They will focus on helping with the work that they currently have, as well as preparing them for exams. They will aim to simplify concepts within the course, build essays and consolidate knowledge and skills.

I work with both high school and primary school students, making me a flexible tutor, able to accommodate your particular needs.

We can meet on a regular basis, or you can simply book me for limited session to help with particular projects or sections of coursework.

As a young tutor, my lessons are guaranteed to be full of energy and enthusiasm, forging a strong working relationship with your child.
