My first priority is to judge capacity and problem of student.after analysing. I try to feed solution in student's mind. I also try to gives some idea how to keep learning in many ways. Some learn easily. Some too late but only we try to change way so poor student easily catch. I take motivational class to encourage them. Because I try to upgrade mind psychologically.
