About Angela
I worked in a psychiatric ward as a skills trainer and as a mentor for the disabled for a year and a half. I taught dialectical and cognitive behavioral therapy skills to help our clients deal with anxiety, stress, depression, past trauma, etc. I've personally developed a routine and lifestyle that eliminates the "anxiety gap", which I can explain to you!
