About Peggy

Hi there! I’m Peggy — so happy to meet you here! I’m from Taiwan and currently on a working holiday in Australia. I often meet people from different countries who are really curious about Taiwan, and I always get super excited to tell them how beautiful and friendly my country is! I love learning new things, traveling, and sharing stories with people from all over the world. Through teaching Mandarin, I hope to make new friends and learn about different cultures. Let’s have fun and discover how amazing the Mandarin can be together!

About the lesson

Here are my favorite and most commonly used teaching methods.
You can choose the learning style you prefer, and we’ll discuss it together in our first class.

• Using self-made PowerPoint materials
• Learning through fun and interactive games
• Practicing real-life situational conversations
• Conducting oral practice entirely in Mandarin (great for intermediate to advanced learners)
• Learning Mandarin pronunciation and tones (ideal for beginners or those who want to learn Mandarin characters)

• Explore Taiwan, once called “Formosa” by the Portuguese—its food, culture, history, and natural scenery
