About Kate
Hello, my name is Kate and I am a Reiki Master Teacher and holistic practitioner with over 7 years of experience supporting clients on their healing and wellbeing journey.
I am deeply passionate about helping others reconnect with themselves in a calm, safe, and supportive environment. My work focuses on supporting relaxation, emotional wellbeing, nervous system regulation, energetic balance, and personal growth through gentle and compassionate holistic practices.
Alongside working with adults, I also offer Reiki sessions for children and animals, understanding the importance of patience, empathy, and creating a nurturing space where each individual feels comfortable and supported.
Over the years, I have worked with more than 400 clients from many different backgrounds, including those experiencing stress, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, fatigue, and a wide range of physical and emotional health challenges. My approach is always grounded, supportive, and tailored to the individual needs of each person.

My Reiki sessions and courses are gentle, supportive, and personalised to each individual’s unique journey, experience level, and intentions.
With over 7 years of experience working with more than 400 clients, alongside 3+ years of teaching experience, I aim to create a calm, safe, and welcoming space where people can relax, reconnect with themselves, and feel supported emotionally, spiritually, and energetically without pressure or judgement.
Whether you are completely new to Reiki or already on your healing path, sessions are adapted to your own pace, comfort level, and personal needs. I believe healing should feel nurturing, empowering, and deeply human.
I offer online Reiki healing sessions, Reiki training, grounding practices, energy awareness, spiritual support, and holistic guidance in a relaxed one-to-one environment for both beginners and more advanced students.
