Regarding teaching strategy, I would firstly approach my students' needs, then identify the root of complexity and work on the issue. I believe excellent performance only comes when the students are independent and confident with their strong foundation. I will apply the most tutoring program for each student after having a chat and understanding their learning method. However, a lesson is usually comprised of three main activities: theory, examples/exercise and Q&A. In Q&A, we can discuss about your assignment and homework or anything that seem unclear to you. Besides, you can choose to spend more time on any particular activity in a lesson.
