About Amy JeongEun

Hi! I’m a native Korean speaker from Seoul, Korea.

I majored in Chemistry at university in Korea and lived in Australia for seven and a half years. During my time in Australia, I gained experience working and communicating with people from a wide range of cultural backgrounds.

Over the past few years, I have been teaching English, Korean, and Yoga because I genuinely enjoy sharing what I know and helping people learn something new.

I have also taught Korean to some of my foreign friends who wanted to learn the language, using both Korean and English depending on their level.

My classes are tailored to each student’s individual needs, goals, and interests. I use a variety of materials and activities to make lessons practical, engaging, and easy to understand.

I welcome both beginner and intermediate students, and I’m happy to adjust the pace and teaching style according to your level.

I’m currently based in Korea and offering online Korean lessons. I’ll be returning to Brisbane soon, so I’ll be continuing my online classes from Australia as well.

If you’re looking for a friendly and personalised Korean lesson, I’d be happy to help you improve your Korean and feel more confident using it in real-life situations!

About the lesson

Before starting my lessons, I'd like to ask students about their specific achievement goal & motivation so I am able to provide a clear direction and students are able to stay focused as well!

Second of all, I hope you enjoy while exploring yoru target language!

Lastly, I think learning and understanding about the culture of the language you are trying to study is very important as the culture has produced the language and afterwards, it is also the language that can affect the culture further.

I would like to support all students with my sincere efforts!
