About Mau
I studied and I work as a video creator, from camera operation to post-production, so I have the tools to help you make the video you need, being able to share notions for you to take into account when filming the best possible footage, which will be the raw material for our classes.
I've also studied music, an underrated skill in editors, who need to have a degree of musical and rhythmic knowledge, besides many times having to edit the music to make it fit in the sequence we're creating.

I believe in experimentation as the fundamental basis of learning, I look for my classes to be a relaxed, entertaining and creative space and I focus on the interests and concerns of each student to structure the classes' content and shape. We'll dive into some basic knowledge for you to have at the moment of filming, framing and lighting (if that were to be the case), and some technical software tools (preferably Premiere Pro or Davinci Resolve), shortucts, interface, workflow, effects, tools, keyframes, etc. We'll also touch some more theoretical matters related to image and sound, so you're able to make decisions when working on our projects, always focusing on your particular needs and demands
