About Rosalie
My love for the violin began through a fascination with its ability to express emotion and character through sound. This passion inspired me to complete a Bachelor’s Degree in Music and later a Master’s Degree in String Performance Studies. During my 11 years of teaching experience, I have worked with students pursuing a wide range of musical goals.
I believe every learner deserves instruction that is encouraging, clear, and adapted to their individual needs. My teaching approach focuses on building confidence through understanding rather than memorization. I enjoy helping students transform challenges into achievements.
Outside teaching, I continue exploring violin repertoire, studying performance traditions, and attending live concerts. These experiences enrich my teaching and keep my lessons inspiring. Helping students grow as musicians remains one of the most rewarding parts of my profession.

My violin lessons are designed to help students develop reliable technique while building a deeper appreciation for music. We focus on bow distribution, finger accuracy, posture balance, rhythmic precision, tone clarity, and coordination through structured exercises and carefully chosen repertoire. Every lesson is created to support steady progress and lasting confidence.
As students continue advancing, we explore expressive phrasing, vibrato refinement, shifting fluency, articulation control, sight-reading improvement, ensemble awareness, and concert preparation. Lessons are adjusted to match individual goals and learning styles, ensuring that each student receives meaningful support. Consistent feedback helps learners strengthen both technical and musical skills.
I believe violin study should encourage discipline while allowing room for creativity and personal expression. My goal is to help students become confident musicians who enjoy sharing their musical voice. Every lesson promotes growth, artistry, and long-term development.
