My approach is rooted in the Ontario youth music program style to build discipline. You will find that these specific tools translate directly to the concert hall. I look forward to seeing your technical progress on these challenging pieces.

Classical performance became my life while studying for my Bachelor of Music at UBC. It felt natural to transition into helping others navigate the rigors of orchestral playing. I currently work with grade exam candidates and teens who demand technical sharpness. My 13 years of experience allows me to pinpoint intonation and bowing technique gaps quickly.
I utilize custom scale and etude sheets for each student to ensure we hit our targets. See you at the practice stand.
