About MANZUR
I am a visionary polymath, systems-driven entrepreneur, business builder, and lifelong learner with 30+ years across engineering, enterprise IT, real estate, agriculture, energy, property management, petrochemicals, and global ventures. My journey began in a small town in India and continued in America, where I built companies from scratch and created millions in asset value through learning, risk-taking, systems thinking, and disciplined execution. I continue the path of my Dad, who taught me to move each generation forward with courage, work ethic, and purpose. Today, my portfolio includes 1,500+ acres of farmland and real estate, 60+ townhomes/apts ownership under management, a financial investment firm, and ventures built from idea to operation. I help students and professionals turn complex ideas into practical action.
I have taught, trained, and mentored students, employees, offshore teams, technical staff, and business partners in one-on-one and team settings for many years. In corporate settings, I guided teams on software configuration management, release/change processes, QA, documentation, automation, systems troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. I also led global, cross-cultural teams supporting Shell, Siemens, Disney, Nokia, NEC, IRS, Freddie Mac, Sembawang Corp. in Singapore, Kuwait Oil Co., and Infosys USA. My style is patient, structured, and practical. I help learners break big problems into small steps, ask better questions, verify assumptions, build checklists, and apply knowledge in real situations.
I have started, operated, and managed a dozen companies across real estate, property management, IT, energy, agriculture, financial investment, and international ventures. This real-world experience allows me to tutor entrepreneurship, business startup thinking, learning-to-learn, continuous learning, self-teaching, self-improvement, project planning, and practical decision-making. My education includes a B.E. in Computer Systems from Univ. of Mysore and a PG Diploma from Singapore Institute of Management. I am ITIL certified, Sun Certified UNIX/Solaris Sys Admin, ISO 9000/9003 trained, and a Certified HVAC Tech.
