About Jaime
I am highly organized, enthusiastic and personable. I will walk through with the student the importance of visualizing their future self. I love to explain complex ideas in fun, digestible visual facts. It is to empower students to believe in themselves - whatever we do in life, it is 80% psychology and 20% skills. They will learn to experiment to find out a routine that works best for them: warm-up techniques + deliberate practicing.
