About Yuki

Hi, I’m Yuki! I’ve lived and taught in 4 different countries, so I know what it’s like to learn and use a foreign language in daily life. I love meeting new people and sharing not just the Japanese language, but also culture, food, and funny little things about life in Japan. I can explain grammar and vocabulary in English if needed—but don’t worry, I won’t overwhelm you with long lectures. Think of me as a guide who keeps things clear, fun, and motivating. Outside of teaching, I enjoy exploring new places, trying international foods, and occasionally laughing at my own jokes (someone has to, right?). If you’re looking for a teacher who’s experienced, friendly, and a little bit funny, then I think we’ll be a great match!

About the lesson

I have over 7 years of experience teaching Japanese in 4 countries , at private language schools, universities, and through one-on-one lessons.
I have taught learners from beginners to advanced levels, helping each student grow step by step.

I can explain grammar and vocabulary in English if needed, but my focus is on immersing students in Japanese according to their level.

My lessons follow a structured flow:
Vocabulary → Grammar → Sentence Patterns → Conversation Practice
I also use “Minna no Nihongo” plus fun games, quizzes, and extra materials to make learning enjoyable.
Even if you don’t have the textbook, I can teach with online-shared materials ️.
My curriculum is flexible and customized to your goals, so you can build practical communication skills confidently
