About Elise

Hello! My name is Elise. Currently, in my final year as a design student in France, I have developed a deep appreciation for the power of visual communication and its impact on shaping experiences. Throughout my journey, I have immersed myself in various courses and certifications, honing my skills in areas such as logo design, branding, typography, and layout design. I have mastered the Adobe Tools and want to share my knowledge with you. As a graphic design teacher, I firmly believe in fostering creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills in my students. I strive to create a collaborative and supportive learning environment that encourages exploration and growth. My goal is to continue learning, staying updated with the latest design trends and technologies, while inspiring and nurturing the next generation of graphic designers.

About the lesson

Entering the graphic design world as a beginner can feel overwhelming, with so much to discover and learn. But I am here to guide you through every step of your journey, helping you become a great graphic designer.

We'll start by learning all about graphic design theories and continue by mastering the basics of Adobe programs, essential tools for every designer. Together, we'll explore the latest trends and create cutting-edge graphics that will enhance your portfolio and boost your confidence.

But it's not just about following trends; my ultimate goal is to help you discover your own unique style and translate your ideas through visual communication. I will provide personalized teaching techniques tailored to your rhythm and needs, ensuring your progress and growth. Along the way, we will work together with various design projects, from logos to posters and book design, enabling you to hone your skills and showcase your talent and communicate your message effectively.

So, whether you're a beginner just starting your design journey or someone looking to level up their skills, we will learn the graphic design theories every designer should know:
1. The anatomy of typography
2. Grids and layout theory

And after finishing with the theories, we will start putting our knowledge into work and have fun creating together numerous projects with the Adobe programs:

What I liked the most about Elise’s teaching method is that not only she’s very patient with her students(especially beginners) but that she also gives really fun design projects that you can encounter with in real life, we did together an imaginary skin care brand and she explained all the process, this hands-on approach not only enhanced my understanding of graphic design but also allowed me to envision how these skills could be applied in real-life scenarios.
