About Victor

I bring my experience directly to the player—guiding them, shaping their development, and preparing them to excel in a higher-level training environment. My approach is hands-on and intentional, focused on building the habits, confidence, and understanding required to compete at the next level. We also stay connected through weekly performance check-ins, allowing us to review progress, address challenges, and make precise adjustments to the upcoming training plan. This ensures the player is always improving, always learning, and always moving toward their goals with clarity and purpose.

About the lesson

I offer fully personalized, elite-level training built around one goal: helping each player reach their highest potential. Every athlete I work with receives a custom training plan designed specifically for their needs, targeting weaknesses, sharpening strengths, and accelerating overall development.
What sets my training apart is the integration of professional-grade video analysis. I break down the player’s game—decision-making, positioning, movement, and technique—so we can identify exactly what needs improvement. Then, we turn those insights into focused, high-impact training sessions that deliver real, measurable progress.
If you’re looking for a training experience that’s tailored, detailed, and built for results, this is it.
