About Gourav
I have been a player for almost 9 years now, with humble beginnings. Have been playing live on stage, helped compose songs, have been a studio player, and a student. I have played for rock bands, solo artists, bollywood and punjabi songs as well.
Music is within everyone's and thus it is important to understand individual needs rather than pushing a fixed curriculum. My focus stays on your abilities and on how I can contribute to expand your musical horizon.

As your teacher I'll first start with understanding your influences and your instincts as a listener and then guide you through the instrument to teach you what you exactly need. This will involve:
1. Scales
2. Root system
3. Arpeggios
4. Chords
5. Nomenclature of chords
6. Songs of your choice
7. Advanced techniques such as alternative picking, soloing, finding scale of any song and strumming patterns.
We will start with building fundamentals and then use those fundamentals to develop the required skills.
