About Cat-Thy
My parents are Vietnamese and I was born in France, both cultures are highly ingrained in me and my love for good food. I'd be happy to share that knowledge with you, as I have shared with several of my friends

I believe French and Vietnamese cuisine are the best in the world, but Italian comes very close! I'm willing to share this knowledge and show how it can easily be broken down and is actually easier than it seems
I'm an enthusiast for pastries mostly in French patisserie, and I'd like to offer lessons based on seasonal trends. Fall would be "tarte tatin", a reversed caramelized apple pie. Christmas would be "biscuits sablés", with plenty of winter spices, perfect to craft with your family and share or offer as a present to your loved ones :)
For Vietnamese food, I have sweet and savory recipes, a lesson would include an appetizer, a dish and a dessert :)
