About Amelie
I am an A Level Student, studying Maths, Further Maths, French and History. Having recently achieved all 9s in my GCSEs, I would love to help others succeed in their subjects, but also enjoy them.
I have always loved explaining and helping others at school to revise and learn content they may have struggled with. It is important to me that a student has a full understanding in order to feel comfortable enough to apply their knowledge.

Hi,
I'm Amelie.
My lessons would be taught in Weybridge or online and be around 1 hour in length. I believe that learning is most effective through variety of methods: through verbal question and answer, visually and worksheets. I will provide resources that I believe are most suited to the student and subject, including presentations and worksheets. I also believe that past papers are a useful tool for testing knowledge and finding areas to improve.
Studying maths and further maths A level, my preferred teaching subject is maths. However, I am also open to teaching French, English, History and RS.
If this would be at GCSE level, the courses I took are below:
- French (Edexcel higher)
- English lit and lang (Edexcel iGCSE)
- History (Edexcel - weimar Germany, Medicine through time, Cold war)
- RS (Edexcel Hinduism and Christianity).
