About the lesson

My classroom is a constructive and cooperative environment where students feel safe to explore their own ideas and to discover and learn from their mistakes. I apply a progressive approach to classroom management that enables me to build relationships with students that embody such positive attributes as respect, authenticity, confidence and care. As a biology/science teacher, I create and implement strategies and tasks that noticeably enhance my students’ proficiency in biology/science. By making learning relevant and challenging, I am able to foster my students’ curiosity and eagerness for learning biology/science.
