This ensures that every movement, from spiccato bowing to double stops, is intentional and effective for your anatomy.
My 6 years of experience allows me to spot tension early and resolve it with gentle, specific guidance. We focus on the intersection of theory and physical comfort to make playing feel sustainable. Studying music should be an engaging process that respects your individual needs.

My MMus degree from the Conservatoire informs every technical instruction I offer to my students. You are likely an adult or a working professional who needs a logical and structured approach to the violin. With 6 years of experience and 207 students taught, I have learned that clear communication is the foundation of musical progress.
As a neurodivergent-affirming teacher, I value creating a space where the sensory experience of playing is just as important as the notes on the page. My own training as a musician helps me demonstrate how to balance classical repertoire with an understanding of rhythm, timing, and posture. I often share stories of my own development to show that consistent, small adjustments lead to significant mastery over time.
