Forward-thinking Senior Manager with 22 years of working experience across Risk Management, Strategy Management, Stakeholder Management and Business Development value chains. I have advised businesses to better understand multiple financial risks they face holistically and comprehensively; chaired relevant financial risk management forums within South Africa and cross-border; developed a financial risk management policy; and developed risk management training manual for non-credit professionals.

My teaching method is through problem-based and case-study-based learning where I present a problem/case study to my student to analyze and present their understanding of the problem/case study. I then link the case study/problem to the theory that I am teaching.
My other teaching method is collaborative where I encourage my students to collaborate and work as teams to solve problems and find solutions.
