About Shiva
Hello, my name is Shiva. I’m Persian, and English has always been one of my greatest passions. My journey with the language began through self-study, driven by curiosity and a genuine love of learning languages. I believe my interest in the language began because of my grandmother, who was an English teacher. Seeing her love for the language inspired me from a young age to become a passionate and patient English teacher
I taught myself English by immersing myself in the language every day. I watched English TV series, movies, and animations; I listened to music and memorized their lyrics to improve my listening, vocabulary, and pronunciation; I read books; and I practiced with online resources. One of the most valuable parts of my learning journey was making international friends, which gave me the opportunity to use English in real conversations and learn about different cultures while improving my communication skills and fixing my errors.
As I grew older, I decided to take several English courses to strengthen my grammar, refine my speaking and writing skills, and correct the mistakes I had developed while learning on my own. These classes complemented my self-study and helped me become a more accurate and fluent English speaker. And helped me to get my very first job as an English teacher.

With over 5 years of experience teaching English, I have worked with students from different backgrounds, levels, and learning goals. Throughout my teaching journey, I have learned that every student has a unique way of learning, which is why I design each lesson plan based on the student’s level, personality, learning style, and personal objectives. I adapt my teaching methods, materials, and activities to meet each learner’s needs, whether they want to improve their conversational skills, prepare for academic or professional purposes, strengthen their grammar, or gain more confidence in speaking English.
