About Mildred
Every student receives a custom practice module to maintain momentum between our weekly meetings. I have guided 293 hobbyists, professionals, and advanced learners through the complexities of music theory and technique. You will learn to read sheet music and build rhythm guitar foundations that stick.
My degree from the Université de Montréal informs how I break down difficult barre chords. We focus on structural habits that prevent frustration during self-guided sessions. The goal is to make the guitar an extension of your creative thoughts.

Do you want to stop guessing what your fingers should do next? I bring a background in chanson française and Québécois folk to our sessions. My formal training is a Bachelor of Music in Popular Music from the Université de Montréal.
I have 13 years of experience guiding players. We cover reading tabs, rhythm guitar, and barre chords. I also explain scales and modes clearly.
My teaching style is casual and songwriter-minded. I have helped 293 students find their own voice on the instrument. Success comes from consistent practice.
