About Henrietta

Hi! I'm Teacher Jovi.

I believe that effective learning begins with a strong teacher-student relationship. That's why I not only teach—I also take the time to listen to my students. By understanding their thoughts, challenges, and learning styles, I can create lessons that are both meaningful and enjoyable.

My teaching approach is calm, patient, and encouraging. I strive to create a relaxed learning environment where children feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and learning at their own pace. I believe that when students feel supported and confident, they are more motivated to learn and achieve their academic goals.

Every child learns differently, so I tailor my lessons to meet each student's individual needs. My goal is not only to help students improve their academic performance but also to build their confidence and foster a genuine love for learning.

About the lesson

My first session with a student is focused on building rapport and getting to know the child in a relaxed and comfortable environment. This allows me to understand their learning style, strengths, areas for improvement, and current level of understanding.

Based on this initial assessment, I tailor each lesson to the individual student's needs. My goal is to help the child understand each concept step by step, ensuring they build a strong foundation before moving on to more advanced topics.

Throughout the lesson, I ask a variety of questions to check the student's understanding, including multi-step and application-based questions. This helps me identify how well they have grasped the topic and where they may need additional support.

By continuously assessing their progress, I can adjust my teaching approach to help them gain a deeper understanding and greater confidence in the subject,.
