About Amber
I have been practicing yoga for over 20 years, and been a practicing chiropractor for 10 years. I often recommended my pregnant patients to start prenatal yoga classes but finding a teacher was a challenge for them. I thought to combine both my loves of yoga and helping people by becoming a certified prenatal yoga instructor and have loved teaching the classes! It’s amazing to watch people continue to do yoga throughout their pregnancy in a safe and gentle way, helping them and their baby connect and relax.

My approach is grounded in an understanding of the pregnant body’s changing needs, with a focus on safe, gentle postures that promote strength, flexibility, and ease. I create a calm, nurturing environment where you can connect with your breath, your baby, and your inner strength.
