About Maria
I've been practicing yoga for more than 20 years, in different ways, I'm a gymnastics teacher and my knowledge on the human body is wide.
The importance of knowing our body and know how to listen to our body requirements it's a must in my life.
I have attend yoga studios, where we are over 20 students, it is hard to get a little attention from the teachers, some corrections or feedback, this is why I am offering a one on one yoga experience.
