About Emily
My own yoga practice began about five years ago, and it's changed my life. For the past two years, I've been teaching group yoga classes and trying to share that positivity with my students. I recently completed my 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Thailand, and so I'm officially Yoga Alliance Certified to teach!

I really believe yoga is for everyone. You shouldn't have to change your body to fit a pose, you can change the pose to fit your body. Find what feels good in your yoga practice, because ultimately, your practice is a gift to yourself! My classes offer options for beginners, and all skill levels are welcome.
