Yoga practice is very personal in nature. Its practice should be customized to suit every individual's capacity and personal goals. I focus on building both mind and body of my students through different set of Yoga Asanas (Poses) and Pranayama (Breathing) techniques.
I am a trained yoga instructor and I have been practicing Yoga for the past 15 years. I have personally experienced the joy and well being that Yoga has brought in the lives of my students. I am committed to spread the joy of wellbeing through Yoga.
