I am a Certified Teacher in Ontario specializing in Physical Activity, Health and Social Sciences. I am a loving yogi, and I practice 5-6 times a week because yoga keeps me grounded, connected and grateful. I am so passionate about sharing this beautiful practice and I have experience teaching Power Yoga, Slow flow, Mom & Baby classes and children's yoga classes.
