About Tasmeya
I am currently a grade 12 student enrolled in Catholic Central High School. As a volunteer, I help grade 9 and 10 ESL students with different subjects such as Math, Science and English at my school. I also help students that understand Urdu, Hindi or Punjabi and try to help them understand by translating from English to any of the languages mentioned above.

As an ESL tutor I make sure that I prioritize my students learning and understanding. I myself as a student seek help from a teacher when don't understand anything and I encourage students to ask questions if unsure about anything. I would usually prepare lessons in advance and practice during teaching. I would also give out homework to make sure the student's understanding while I am not with him/her.
