She is devoted to one's education to help bring the student to succession. When she was teaching me, she would explain the concept to me, then let me attempt it. She constantly supported me when I was struggling by guiding me through the question or identifying where I had made a mistake.

Phoenix is a smart girl who is very passionate with languages especially Japanese which she excels so well in this matter. Why I said smart is because she always personalises her tutoring based on each student's capacity. She has genuine interest to make sure her students get the most out of her, so it's worth the value for money. Not that she is mastering the language, but she took the experience herself visiting Japan to practice the local interaction. You wouldn't know how great she is until you met her!
