I am a registered Professional Senior Architectural Technologist with 36 years experience in the complete sector of Architecture.
I started 36 years back on the drawing board and change to Autocad in the mid 90's, I also lecture students in Autocad for 1 year in 2000

I will start teaching you communicate with your client and get to now what they want the house for and how they want to live in this place, then we will start with design of this house, according to the owner's needs in this house and then with the design approved we start with the technical drawings for approval but also approval from the local government/ municipality, when they approved the drawings we do the final drawings for the site from where the builder do the building from.
