About Barbra
Performing across Vancouver keeps my playing sharp while I handle the daily grind of teaching. Truthfully, I started as a messy player who had to learn the hard way how to manage rhythm guitar and complex chord transitions. My Certificate in Music Business from Selkirk College taught me the industry side of things, but I mostly care about helping beginners and intermediates find their groove. I have guided 154 students through scales and modes plus the nuances of electric technique.
