About Zohaa
Hi there, I'm Zohaa. I'm both a 4th year medical student at Imperial College London and GCSE tutor, having taught both biology and chemistry for the past 5 years. My work as a private tutor and teaching assistant means I can offer you vital support during challenging exams, tips and tricks, how to stay on top of your studies and do it all with confidence. My deep knowledge of the UK school curriculum, and what the examiners are looking for will allow us to focus on the high yield areas so we work efficiently to make best use of your time! Please note, I also assist with medical school applications through personal statement checks and professional interview preparation if this is something you require. My achieved GCSE grades: seven grade 9s, three grade 8s. My achieved A-level grades: A* (biology) A (chemistry) A* (Religious Education).

Whether it be past paper questions, explaining difficult concepts using digital whiteboards or having discussions on particular topics, I believe that full engagement with learning in a way that suits you brings about the result we are striving for! Let's fill in any knowledge gaps and strengthen your foundations so you can excel in your studies and stay ahead of the game! Every lesson begins with a check-in to see how you're doing, what it is you want to get out of the time together and any queries you may have. I also make sure to keep an eye on your progress using a Google document tracker and assign efficient homework to assist with your learning. I believe that online tutoring has changed the game in that being able to teach with resources such as digital whiteboards, screen sharing and diagrams allows for focused sessions. This also means the session is tailored to suit your needs!
