About Melika

I’ve always been deeply curious about people, relationships, and the way we connect with each other. I have a background in psychology-focused studies from Iran, and over the years I’ve spent a lot of time learning about communication, attraction, relationship patterns, and personal development.

I also have many years of experience teaching dance, which taught me a lot about confidence, body language, presence, and how women can feel more connected to their feminine body and express themselves with more ease and self-awareness.

One thing I find especially interesting is how men and women can sometimes experience dating, communication, and emotional needs very differently. It can feel like two people are coming from completely different worlds and trying to build one relationship together.

Modern dating can make that even harder. We have more options, more expectations, and more advice than ever, but sometimes we forget the most important part: every person has their own inner world. A healthy relationship is not about finding someone who thinks exactly like us. It is about learning how to understand each other, communicate clearly, manage expectations, and create something that works for both people.

People usually find me easy to talk to, open-minded, warm, and non-judgmental. My goal is to help you understand yourself better, understand the person in front of you more clearly, and make more conscious choices in dating and relationships.

About the lesson

My sessions are personalized because I don’t believe one dating formula works for everyone. We start by understanding where you are right now, what kind of relationship you actually want, what patterns may be repeating, and what may be getting in the way.

Depending on your situation, we can work on dating confidence , communication , approaching people, first dates ️, attraction and compatibility ️, setting boundaries, choosing the right type of partner, dating after a breakup or divorce, profile and messaging advice , or simply getting clearer about what you really want.

I also like to explore the difference between the person we imagine we should want and the person who may actually fit us in real life.

My goal is not to tell you who to date. It is to help you understand yourself better, make clearer choices, and feel more confident, natural, and comfortable while dating.
